ClaimzAI provides a decision-support SaaS platform (“Platform”) for enterprise/individual customers (“Customers”) to help optimize legal proceedings using court analytics and data-driven legal insights (“Services”). ClaimzAI’s website (“Website”) is designed to provide essential information on the Platform and Services to Customers and potential Customers and to enable users to contact ClaimzAI regarding the Services and to log-in to use the Platform.
Device
Users can access the Platform and Website through various Devices. A “Device” is any digital device used to access the Platform and Website, including without limitation a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or other consumer electronic device. This Privacy Policy governs your access of the Platform and Website, regardless of how you access them, and by using our Platform and Website you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Privacy Policy.

We will collect the full name, email address, company name and job title of our Customer’s employees and other end-users (“Users”) to enable Users to register to use the Platform.
b. Logging-in to use the Platform:
To log-in to use the Platform via the Website, we will collect User’s name and selected password, to enable the User to log in to use the Platform.
c. Contact Us:
If you contact us for various reasons such as requesting a specific service, asking questions or raising a complaint, via the Website or by email, we will collect your name, email address, organization, job title, phone number and the information related to your inquiry.
d. Schedule a Demo:
If you wish to schedule a demo of the Platform, we will collect your name, email address, organization, job title, phone number, and other information related to your submission.
e. Improvement of the Service:
We collect Personal Information to improve and develop our Platform and Website and understand feedback on the Services and to help provide more information on the use of those Services quickly and easily.
Disclosure of Informationand Transfer of Data

Generally, ClaimzAI does not retain information longer than necessary to provide its Services and for its reasonable business and lawful needs.
